RBS UK Growth Early Kick Out Plan Review.

The RBS UK Growth Early Kick Out Plan 10 is a 6 year investment plan that offers the opportunity to mature early at the end of years 1, 2, 3, 4 or 5, with a fixed return equal to 8.25% per year (not compounded).

The Plan will mature returning your initial investment and 8.25% per year, if on any anniversary the FTSE 100 is higher than its starting level. If the Plan runs for the full 6 years it will return your initial investment in full provided the FTSE 100 Index remains above 50% of its starting level throughout the 6 year term.

The Plan is available for direct investment, stocks & shares ISA, ISA transfer, as well as SIPP and SSAS pension investments. It is also available to businesses, charities and trusts.

* The return of your capital depends on the performance of the FTSE 100 Index and the ability of the counterparty (Royal Bank of Scotland Plc) to repay the monies.

This is a structured investment plan that is not capital protected and is not covered by the Financial Services Compensation Scheme (FSCS) for default alone. You may not get back the full amount of your initial investment if the plan is not held for the full term. The past performance of the FTSE 100 Index is not a guide to its future performance.

If you are at all unsure of the suitability of these types of investment, both in respect of their objectives and their risk profile, you should seek independent financial advice.
